Jordan Hall

Clinical Director

Jordan Hall has worked in ABA for 12 years and has been a BCBA for nine. She has served as a clinical director and regional coordinator across clinic-based and in-home programs, supporting individuals ages 2 through 22. Jordan is passionate about helping clinicians grow in confidence and develop a lasting love for the field. Outside of work, she is a mother of two, runs a photography side business, and enjoys playing soccer—so she is rarely standing still for long.

Robert Crippen

Director of Clinical Quality Compliance

Robert Crippen has been a behavior analyst since 2017. Before joining Advanceable ABA, he served as a clinical director and regional clinical director for ABA agencies in Arizona. He began his career as a special education teacher, an experience that continues to shape his approach. Robert enjoys training and supporting teams so every family receives consistent, high-quality services. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, reading, and day trips with his wife and daughter.

Michael Wassner

Chief Executive Officer

Michael Wassner serves as Chief Executive Officer of Advanceable ABA, where he leads the organization’s strategy, growth, and commitment to providing families with high-quality care. Before joining Advanceable, Michael practiced law and later worked in the healthcare industry, bringing a valuable combination of legal, business, and healthcare experience to his role. He believes in building strong teams, supporting clinicians, and growing thoughtfully without losing sight of the families Advanceable serves. Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his family—ideally when the two activities do not overlap.
